When will it arrive?
The first batch ships by sea from China and we expect UK stock in January 2027. We will email you before taking any payment, with the exact date. TODO only once the factory order is placed
Are roof bars included?
TODO confirm what is in the box and whether mounting hardware is included. Most cars need crossbars rated for the load; the fit guide covers what to check.
Can I collect it in Cardiff?
Yes. Collection from Cardiff, or courier delivery in the UK on request. A boxed tent is heavy, so bring a second person. TODO prices
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving it, and before delivery on a pre-order. See returns and cancellation.
