Who we are

Bryntent is a trading name of TODO full name, TODO postal address, Cardiff, UK. Email: TODO. TODO add company or VAT details if and when they apply.

Products and prices

We sell roof tents and related items. Prices are in pounds sterling. TODO state whether prices include VAT. Sizes, weights and descriptions are the maker's figures and are confirmed against the first delivery.

Pre-orders and delivery dates

Some products are pre-order. The date we give (for example January 2027) is an estimate, not a promise, because stock travels by sea. If we cannot deliver within TODO days of the estimate, you may cancel and we will refund you in full.

Payment

Delivery and collection

You can collect in Cardiff, or we can arrange courier delivery in the UK mainland. A boxed tent weighs about 66 to 74 kg, so please arrange help to unload it. TODO delivery prices and areas. Risk passes to you when the tent is delivered or collected.

Fitting and safe use

You are responsible for checking that your vehicle and roof bars can carry the tent and for fitting it as the instructions say. Never exceed your vehicle's dynamic roof load limit. Our fit checker is a guide only.

Warranty

TODO Warranty length and what it covers, agreed with the maker. It is in addition to your legal rights.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise we are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Wales, England or Scotland, you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
